The service
Dark Terminal runs an AI agent that acts on a computer we host for you. The agent can make mistakes; check important results yourself. Free accounts can send a limited number of chat messages, answered by the AI model directly; Build mode and the cloud computer are part of the paid plans described on the pricing page.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only ask the agent to do what you are allowed to do on the sites and accounts it uses for you.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal, for spam, to attack other systems, or to get around other services' security.
Payments and refunds
Prices are on the pricing page. Refunds follow the refund policy and cancellations the cancellation policy. Use of the service must follow the acceptable use policy.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits from using it.
